Digital Full Color images on Cotton & Rayon T-shirts
It is a hybrid solution with digital printing and screen printing to transfer images on dark color T-shirts without cutting or weeding process. It is applicable for medium to large volume full color design printing on garments at factory level.
It can print full color design itself or apply clipping masked lettering on garments.
Process of Application
1. Printing full color design on our Digiscreen Transfer Paper using digital inkjet printer
2. Print white paste with screen printer in alliance with digitally printed design on Digiscreen paper
3. Dry white paste properly
4. Heat Transfer on garment

Materials for DigiScreen Transfer
DigiScreen Transfer paper
This is a specialty transfer paper you can print digital image and screen white paste. When printing, it receives printing ink with high resolution. When transfer iamge with heawt and pressure, It release screen printed area and the rest parts remains as it is.
Colorskin Pigemtn ink
It is specially formulated textile pigment ink. It is recomendable to use our Colorskin Pigment Ink.
Alternative textile pigment ink is also compatible.
Addictive Liquid
It is waterbase addictive to white paste for screen printing. This is mixed up with white paste and provide adhesion on garment with heat and pressure.
White Paste
We do supply white paste. It works not only white blocking but also function as adhesive.
Digital Printer
Any piezo type printer is OK.
We recommend RJ-900C (Mutoh), Epson SC-T3440
They have function to cut each sheet of print, it helps to cut same position automatically.
